Shipping policy
Once an order has shipped, Tower Garden is unable to change or redirect the delivery address.
If you need to correct the shipping address, here are your available options:

Before Shipment:
If your order has not yet shipped, contact our Customer Care team as soon as possible. We have one-hour window after the order is placed to make any changes, so time is critical. Please reach out to us at customercare@towergarden.com or call 1-866-235-0414. Be sure to use the email address you used for the purchase and include your order number so we can assist you quickly.
- After Shipment (via FedEx):

- FedEx Delivery Manager: Sign up for the FedEx Delivery Manager to request changes such as updating the delivery address, rerouting the package, or rescheduling delivery.
- Call FedEx Customer Service: Call FedEx directly at 1-800-GoFedEx (1-800-463-3339) to request an address correction. Additional fees may apply.
- Request Hold at Location: You may request to have your package held at a nearby FedEx Office or authorized FedEx location for in-person pickup.
Please note that the package must have completed its initial scan before any changes can be made.
⚠️ Address changes may be subject to restrictions depending on the package’s delivery status and shipping method. Please act promptly to increase the chances of a successful correction.
Customers have 7 days from delivery date to report damaged or missing items.
