An Anaheim type that performs well in both the Eastern US and California. The fruits are large and thick-walled, making them suitable for frying and stuffing. The very large plants have good leaf cover to protect the fruits from sunscald. Fruits avg. 7" long x 2" wide.
Ideal Growing Temperature: 70-90°F
Seed to Harvest: 65 green; 85 red ripe
